We just returned from a much needed week off in Hawaii. My favorite island saying that seems to have made a home permanently in the mainland now is "No Worries". We have been fortunate enough to travel to Hawaii many times and I always love the way I feel after 24 hours of being there, relaxed, refreshed, with virtually "no worries". This doesn't mean the worries evaporate completely, they just take a break for some "Aloha Spirit".
The vacation came just in time too....next Saturday I will be participating in a local Craft Fair. I don't typically do these types of things, but it is close to home and the opportunity to do some new things seemed irresistable. I will be posting some of the things I made, along with some tutorials in case you feel inspired to try your hand at them. Now that I am rested and refreshed, I hope to crank out the last of my projects and get everyone excited for the holidays.
I can't always get to Hawaii for a break, but I can capture that feeling in my memories. Where do you go to refresh and recharge?
