A Humble little chest goes all glam

This is a cute little entry chest I did for a client.  It was kind of ho hum, but longed to be more glamorous:

A coat of Sherwin Williams Krypton Grey, a light touch of Coffe Bean glaze, and a quick spray of Silver to those cute knobs, (then go back over the knobs with Steel Wool to give them some patina).

Mr. Demille, I am ready for my closeup now!

She was thrilled.  There is more to this room, coming soon!

  3. It turned out gorgeous. I like your glaze. I've been using gel stain, but it dries so fast and can look a little "dirty" (not THAT kind of dirty :) but muddy...) You are very talented, great job!
