I love when you leave me a comment, I would love to thank you for stopping by, but sometimes I am greeted with this......

Also, I LOVE when you link up with me, and I LOVE to feature all the talented ladies out there. I LOVE to let people know in advance they are being featured. Sometimes, I go looking for your email, and I am greeted with this....

Just curious, is this on purpose? A few times I have pointed this out and people were unaware their email was not listed. If you are worried about spammers, why not create a separate account for people to email you through your blog? Sometimes people do not want to leave a comment, but instead wish to email you with a question, longer note than they want to leave in your comment space, or just something lovely to make your day brighter.
And while I am kvetching, why do some bloggers do this?

I know this is a deterrent to spammers, but seriously, how many spam comments do you get? Unless you are in the thousands of follower count, probably not many. This is easy to change, (should you so desire). Go to "settings, then comments, then scroll down to word verification for comments". Click the bubble that says "no".
I love blogging as a way of connecting with other like minded creative souls. I love all the inspiration that is out there, and there is so much, I could literally spend all day looking at your amazing creations. I wish I had time to do much more of this, and could meet some of you in person.

I follow multiple blogs. I love to leave comments as often as I can to show support and thank you for sharing your talents, but I am in a hurry!
Having to click multiple times, sometimes means, I may have just clicked off before I realized I was supposed to type more!

I know I will ruffle some, (very few) feathers here, but it is jarring to be surfing blogs, see something cute, hop to a new blog, and unwelcome sound comes BLARING out at me from your blog. You may have amazing taste in music, but I truly don't want to hear it, unless you have a link somewhere on your blog I can go to at my leisure. Having music on your blog to me is the equivalent of shopping in a store, where I love the products, but leave because the music is too loud, too annoying, or is distracting me from what I came in there for in the first place.

Totally agree. Hope I am not an offender. We are all pretty new to this blogging and all can learn the ins and outs with help. Thanks for the suggestions. Love the French references and pictures.
