Is it Friday already? Or should I say, Yay! It is finally Friday! After the longggg week we had around here, I think I will go with the latter.
You ladies know how to come out to a party. My pinterest boards are filling up with all your great ideas. I think I will need to paint every day for the next 5 years to do all the projects I see and want to try.

Sur avec le spectacle!!
I am in Love, I'm in love, and I don't care who knows! (sorry, Elf reference)....
But truly, I am in love. Have you seen this? It is so gorgeous, a Gold leafed nightstand from Cassie at Primitive and Proper. It looks like something you would see in Wisteria Catalog, with a hefty price tag to match!
I don't usually spray paint furniture, but this finish looks gorgeous, and the tutorial on how to spray paint furniture is perfect! No runs or splotches after you read this one from Finding Silver Linings!
Do you have a space under your stairs? Do you have kids? Or do you just like to hide from your kids? Then you will want to check out this post from A to Being she built an amazing and adorable little hidey spot for her children. You have to see the post to believe it. (Personally, I would have built this for myself and told my kids it was my hiding spot)
Have you Cece'd yet???? If not, you are going to want to. I am in LOVE with this paint. It is similar to chalk paint, but better, not only is it 100% green, the container it comes in is 100% recyclable, and I love the way it dries on furniture, it really brings out the character. This is just a gorgeous example of how wonderful this paint is from Bungalow 47
Now just about everybody reading this post has sub floors somewhere in their home. If you are lucky enough to own a home with all original hardwood floors, then move on....But if not, you must see what this clever gal from Interior Salvage
did with her floors! This is paint and glaze!!! Yes, and it is not even that complicated. The recipe and how to is shared at her blog, so after you link up, hop on over to see how to do your floors, I can hear the carpet being ripped out right now!
I love when I see new ways to repurpose cribs and headboards. I haven't seen this idea before, this cute and clever couple from Newlyweds on a Budget
share their talent
And for the my last sélection.....
From Harbour Breeze Home this stunning basement makeover to craft room. She did a fantastic job of documenting the progress, but what I love the most is this roll of twine! I saw it in Pottery Barn a few days before I saw it on her blog and I knew I wanted it somewhere in my space. (just don't know where yet....might have to just settle for a picture), but anyhow, please go check out the whole story.
And now.....your turn! Show me what fabulous things you have redone this week.
Remember...GTC only has a few rules, please grab a button from my side bar and add to your post, the more the merrier!
Please be friendly and visit each other's links. You never know where your next great idea may come from.
